1911: Narsil

If you want all the grip and bite, then this is the grip for you.  Named after the Legendary Shards of Narsil, which were "still sharp".  This is a simple checkering pattern, but cut with a ball end mill, so it leaves a large space for the meat of your hands to stick into.  And then the sharp point of the checkering will make sure that it does not move from there.  

If you love the look of the grip, but you're worried about how aggressive it is.  That's fine, it is very easy to sand down the points, until you reach your desired "stickiness".
