Very good texture for gripping, definitely something "new" as far as texture for G10. The increase in width and height are a cosmetic improvement and also protect and support the plunger tube more robustly.

Offering good tack without being sharp, the Glamdring pattern brings a bit of class to my offering of grip patterns. While the checkering pattern is not quite square, the horizontal and vertical lines are parallel with the outside dimensions of the grip.
